We want you to be confident with this purchase we offering you a 30-days, no-hassle return. By all means, if you find a reason for not being satisfied with the product you got from our store, you have 30 days to send it back unworn item* (except for adhesive bras and panties), if all tags are still attached you can request a refund or exchange, no question asked.

• Items must be free of any scents.
• All items returned used or soiled will not be eligible for refund and will kindly suggest that you use your best judgement before returning any items.
• All items must be unworn, with all original tags and with original packaging.
• Items marked as final sales won;t be eligible for returns or exchange.

Typical processing time for refunds is 7-10 business days from the time your package arrives at our store. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware it may take up to 30 days before you see this refund as a credit. Returned merchandise that doesn't meet the above conditions is subject to additional fees.
